Installation

Installation is the process in which the necessary inspections are carried out by our company’s personnel on the mechanical and electrical installation systems to which the fire and gas detection systems will be attached which are Maxlogic and Mavigard branded, the following steps below are part of the procedure.

  • Determination of the suitability of working conditions
  • Identification of addressing and location information
  • Setting of scenario operations deemed necessary by the user
  • Ensuring the initial start-up by making the included settings
  • To see that it performs its function properly
  • Mutual signing of the situation with the customer accompanied by the necessary documents

Maintenance

Periodic maintenance of fire and gas detection systems should be carried out. This situation is specified in Article 84 of the Regulation on the Protection of Buildings. In addition, the necessity of regular maintenance of fire and gas detection systems and the maintenance scheme are described in detail in Article 11 of the TS EN 54-14 Standard. Additionally, in the TS EN 54-14 Article 10, it is reported that the maintenance is under the responsibility of the person who inspects the fire and gas detection system of the building or the authorities appointed by this person.

It is very important that periodic maintenance is carried out by the technical personnel of the company authorized by the manufacturer. The service personnel who will perform maintenance must have technical competence on the relevant fire and gas detection system. Otherwise, the system may not work effectively as a result of the intervention of people who do not have technical knowledge and experience related to the system components, and even life and property losses may occur. In order to reduce the risk of loss of life, and property and to ensure the correct operation of your system, periodic maintenance is carried out by our technical teams at the periods requested by you annually.

Breakdown Service

Reports of failure and service requests are recorded in our service center. At the agreed upon time and date of the request to the technical team, the results and correction of the errors in your system that are required for your system to work smoothly are identified and relayed to you as per service requirements and products needed for this. Upon relaying of information, if requested by you, the cost of the products and services required for the active operation of your system will be calculated and notified to you.
