Modular Free-Standing Enclosure

Modular free-standing enclosures have a wide usage area and are designed to be used for general purposes in indoor applications. They are produced from first-class quality special materials as main distribution panels, automation panels and control panels. It is complete modular (screwed) prefabricated structure that does not need welding. Thanks to the modular body structure, assemblement is made easy. It is resistant to regular environmental factors.

Modular free-standing enclosures are usually produced as main distribution panels, automation panels and control panels. The outer surface of the panels produced are from 1.5 mm galvanized sheet in accordance with the TEDC MYD specification which is coated with electrostatic powder paint with a color tone of RAL7035 with a thickness of at least 65 microns. It can also be produced with a 2 mm thick sheet upon request. It is IP54 rated and provides protection from dust and water.

General Specifications

It adapts to the desired environment and project with special cover options. The door can be installed on the dashboard from the back or front side for different requests. Polyethylene gasket is used on the doors, which prevents the passage of water and air. The functional locking system on the doors locks the door and the panel stand-up profile from four points. There is a project pocket on the front covers where projects and documents belonging to the clipboard can be placed. The standard base height is 100 mm and can be raised upon request.

Thanks to the expandable feature, additional sections can be added to the panel and the panel can be placed in an L-shape with the corner module. The side, back and top covers are in a structure that can be opened and closed. There are internal covers that prevent direct contact with the panel. There are hinges and mini locks on all inner doors. The ventilation units located in the panel maintain the internal temperature and provide air flow. The panel can be easily transported with the hanging devices connected directly to the structure. . There are segmented covers, at least one of which is brushed, for easy cable entry.
