Secondary panels are the panels where the main distribution of electrical energy is carried out in factories, workshops and workplaces In building-type transformer-centered structures, transformer low voltage is transferred from the transformer to the main distribution panel, and from there to the facility via secondary distribution panels with measurement compartments according to the operating class. In pole-type transformer-centered structures, low voltage is transferred from the measuring panel to the main distribution panel, and then to the facility via secondary distribution panels according to the operating class. In buildings that do not have a transformer, the energy coming from the main transformer enters the distribution panel and the energy is distributed to the facility from there. With the main distribution panel, the energy of the plant can be controlled from a single panel. In large facilities, installation is carried out together with the compensation panel. With the use of a distribution panel, the electrical needs of the structures can be controlled from one or several points. In case of need for reactive power in these structures, an automatic reactive power control panel (compensation panel) is produced and inductive and capacitive loads are kept under control.

- The main body is formed as a result of welding the lower and upper parts by twisting.
- Multi-twisted body is highly resistant to welding load bearing and external impacts.
- The cover is reinforced in terms of rigidity and flatness with multiple twists and folds.
- The base sheet (mounting plate) is produced from galvanized sheet.
- Wall mounting brackets provide transportation against high quantity loads without deforming.
General Specifications
They are network distribution panels designed to create an efficient cost index with easy installation feature. Thanks to its smart design and packaging, it has low shipment and low storage cost. The panel is made as a standard lockable metal front door with a cylindrical single-point locking “O” lock.
All kinds of automation and security applications in smart buildings and shopping malls are designed with the aim of controlling the secondary exits in the most appropriate way. Apart from the main panel in residential, plant and industrial areas, we make production in accordance with the project and facility by taking into account the required current and kilo ampere values located just in front of the loads. Labeling and cable color coding are made on our panels for ease of installation, fault detection, quick response to fault / malfunction and problem solving in order to address their situations.
Main distribution panels are produced in accordance with TS 3367 and IEC 439 as standard up to 1600 kVA. The characteristics of the main distribution panels vary according to the facility to be used. In places such as water well pumps, an external measuring panel, a distribution panel and a compensation panel are installed together. In small facilities, the main distribution panel with an electricity meter is installed together with the compensation panel. In facilities built according to the old regulations; the main distribution panel with an electricity meter and the compensation panel are used together. According to the new regulations, if it is a pole-type transformer facility, the electricity meter is located on the measurement panel mounted next to the pole. If the building type is a transformer facility, there is an electricity meter in the modular measuring cell. In pole-type transformer facilities built according to the old regulations, the electricity meter located on the main distribution panel should be placed on the measuring panel located at the bottom of the pole outside.

Main Distribution Panel Dimensions
The dimensions of the main distribution panels vary according to the size of the facility, that is, the facility power. The greater the power of the facility, the larger the switch and busbar dimensions, and the larger the size of the panel. The main distribution panel height is 200-210 cm as standard. The panel depth varies as 50-60-70-80-90 cm, with a minimum of 40 cm. The panel width varies according to the size of the facility.
