External Type Modular Panel

The outer surface of the panels produced in a modular structure from 1,5 mm galvanized sheet in accordance with TEDC MYD specifications is coated with electrostatic powder paint with a thickness of at least 65 microns and a color coded RAL7035. It can also be produced with a 2 mm thick sheet upon request. The panels, which are produced in internal and external types, are in a weldless and modular (bolted) structure and are of a quality that will meet the needs of TEDC and TEDC affiliated institutions. It is produced in IP protection classes suitable for outdoor and indoor conditions, with TSE and ISO standard certificates and type tested. Applications are made in contact with our customer for different designs. Optionally, double-way doors can be made to the panels.

General Specifications

External type modular panels are designed to withstand the toughest environmental conditions for outdoor applications. It offers project-oriented solutions with its developed durable special profile technology, natural ventilation system, high-performance heat control. It is mounted with a plug-in screw system in accordance with the modular joining structure. External type panel size and design are determined according to the project needs. The panel is fixed to the ground through the holes in the four corners of the base at the bottom. A template can be used for fixing upon request.

Thanks to its aluminum construction, double-walled, specially designed drawing profile structure, it has a high security structure and is resistant to bending. It protects the devices against the toughest outdoor conditions with its high corrosion resistance Anti-vandalism provides maximum protection against electromagnetic radiation and high temperature conditions. In-panel temperature remains constant at the operating temperature values of the equipment. Thanks to the special paint applied to the outer surface, it is resistant to UV rays.

Guide bolts used in the body and door provide grounding continuity to the panel. In addition, there are 6 or 8 grounding busbars in each section inside the panel. Attaching the fasteners to the channel in the profile allows the panel structure to expand. Thanks to its expandable feature, additional sections can be added to the panel when desired.

Polyethylene gasket is used on the doors, which prevents the passage of water and air. The functional locking system on the doors locks the door and the panel stand-up profile from four points. There is a project pocket on the front covers where projects and documents belonging to the clipboard can be placed. There are hinged and mini-lock inner covers that prevent direct contact with the panel. The ventilation units located in the panel maintain the internal temperature and provide air flow. . There are segmented covers, at least one of which is brushed, for easy cable entry. The panel can be easily transported with the hanging devices connected directly to the structure. Optionally there are industrial sockets with quick connection positioned in the panel structure.

Cable Entry: It is located at the base of the panel if it is not requested otherwise.
Cooling Unit: According to the desired temperature value; filter fan, heat exchanger or air conditioner are applied. The cooling unit can be mounted on the front door or side panel.
